Sergio Martinez is one of the very few fighters that has had a legitimate shot at fighting and defeating Mayweather in the last decade. For some reason, after Floyd agreed to fight Cotto at 154, no one pushed for Mayweather-Martinez. That would have been much bigger and better than Martinez-Chavez, but alas. There was no promotional or network issue at that time; Floyd was still with HBO and Martinez was with DiBella. This is perhaps the most underrated big fight that should have happened that will never happened in the last several years. Agree?

I still don't think the poll is up
Yes, he has said he would fight Mayweather at 154, maybe even 152 (cough...Canelo...cough), but that fight never really gained serious traction for some reason.
