No one told Khan to back out of the title fight with Alexander to wait on Floyd. He could have got his belt back. Khan says he will fight in April or May anyway so it's on him...

Strange how a lot of the people who would want nothing more then to see Mayweather and SHO ppv's bomb are pushing hard for the Khan fight.

The truth is Khan has no momentum and isn't even that big of a draw, the best choice out of the two is clearly Maidana, all they have to do is show the Broner fight on loop and people will eat it up.

This isn't Ricky Hatton, who had a tremendous fanbase that followed him across the pond.

Arum is clearly trying to put pressure on GB to make the Khan fight or possibly lose him in the future(not sure when his contract is up).

Strange how the promoter who shits on one of his best fighters so much, (Rigo) all of a sudden is so concerned about Khan when he said this about the Khan vs. Mayweather fight in December.

What, is Mayweather going to fight, Amir Khan? Who gives a [expletive]?

Khan deserves to miss out on this fight. He had a title shot for ƒuks sakes and the man chose to wait... for a different title shot! What a spoiled brat. Who does that?? The fact that he was in line for a shot at a belt with Devon is a blessing in it's own right and one he didn't count. You pass up on opportunity it will not present itself to you as easily the next time around.

Blame GBP, not Khan. You gotta be ****** to believe Khan can control who he fights. He wanted Bradley, remember? You know how that went.
Uh, no, you have to be ****** if you don't believe Khan has any control over who he fights.
Khan hired Golden Boy to be his promoter, and while they can advise him and get him in the best position to make money the ultimate decision on who he fights is his. Remember Bradley?

How about remember Canelo Alvarez. He was strongly urged by Golden Boy and everyone around him not to take the Austin Trout fight because they didn't want to risk him losing. But Canelo pulled ranked. He asked for and got the fight he wanted. Why? Because again Golden Boy work for him.

Because Floyd has seen a new opportunity

GBP pick Khans fights and do all the leg work, they didnt want him fighting Devon, because at that very moment of time there was no other opponent for Floyd to fight, Khan was dead cert.

            Maidana wasnt in the picture

Floyd sent Khan as contract months and months ago, and Khan let the info leak on twitter, Therefore he was told not to fight Devon as it could jeopardize the Floyd fight. Khan isnt responsible for who he fights. he's under contract with GBP, if he was told to fight Devon o secure a fight with FLoyd. he'd done it.

Khan isnt to blame its GBP, they mismanaged the situation

              Again with this.
Khan is under contract with Golden Boy to be his promoter. To promote his fights. Golden Boy as his promoter has every right to advise him on what his best options are, but the ultimate decision on who he fights is Khan's.

Like Canelo Alvarez when he wanted to fight Austin Trout. Golden Boy pretty much begged him not to take the fight, but he chose to do it.

If Khan had a guaranteed contract to fight Floyd, then he wouldn't be worried about getting the fight.

Alexander never wanted the Khan fight. Khan's style is too much for him to take. His team was all set to price itself out of the Khan fight. All set to take Team Khan to hell in the negotiations. Look how easy it was for them to make the Porter fight. They didn't even blink. Only to get punked by Porter with little cash.

Khan should give him a deadline. After that, sign to fight someone else. Keep it moving.
