Arum is looking for the next PAC opponent plain and simple but what Mayweather has done is genius in my opinion if he does pick Khan. Think about it originally Khan was the only person being mentioned and the fans said Khan didn't deserve the fight so Maidana's name was mentioned. Then you have the poll that Khan wins according to Mayweather Promotions, but you still don't have an opponent. Now people are saying he should honor what he said and fight whoever won the poll, which happens to be Khan the original name. So basically Mayweather now has SOME people saying he should fight Khan because he won the poll but remember he was who they said didn't deserve the fight in the first place. GENIUS

I don't know what his current contract says or how many fights he has left with Golden Boy, but if Khan doesn't get a Mayweather fight, I'm sure he is going to want out.
He will go over to TR and get a Manny fight, and a Bradley fight. Then he'd pretty much retire.
