They train soldiers to combat "unruly" militant vigilantes in the event of a "government vs. civilian" encounter. Vitali Klitschko has practically the highest Ko% in heavyweight history & has all sorts of records for punches landed on his opposition.. his brother is the one that clinches.. Vitali gets fighters off of him by PUNCHING them away.. not pushing them away... in fact he's the ONLY fighter in the history of boxing that has never been outtthrown.. outlanded in any fight & this includes overall punches.. jabs & powershots... Vitali is a badazz & ONLY stops throwing punches until his shoulder gives out.. kapish!
