Wow y'all are some real fanatics. When did it become so cool to be dumb and make silly comments for a giggle? I really miss a good old fashion respectable discussion.

In all fairness, NEITHER of them are big stars yet. Lets be honest. GGG is becoming a name because of his K.O. ratio, while Ward earned it through beating many bigger names in the sport and rightfully earning his respect. As a GGG fan I admit he is fighting bums and I don't believe it's fully due to him being ducked. Part ownership goes to the duckers but team GGG is backpeddling forreal. They can fight Ward, a certified champion and a beautiful trophy name to add to your resume and take him out. Than they could talk all the **** about being a draw because they would actually have won a fight against a legetimate top fighter. Team GGG has absolutely NO right expecting more $ than they deserve at this point. It's not only about popularity, Ward is the lineal champ at his weight and if team GGG want to fight him, they would have to take the smaller slice of the pie. Anyone who thinks anything other than that is just plain ignorant or being a fanboy.

And i DON'T think any of this talk going on is coming from the man, GGG, himself. He is far too humble and seems like a truly nice guy. I think his team are being greedy and trying to get paid fast rather than bring their fighter up the right way for him to be getting big paydays. Fight Ward, beat him, use his name as bait for big money fights with all the other names around.

Wow, didn't realize that. GGG's a good dude -- I hope he's handling it okay.

GGG fanboy logic: Ward is only calling him out because GGG says he wants to unify that 60. The fact that GGG said "anybody from 54-68" is irrelevant.

I agree with what you said, however, I do believe GGG has the right to campaign at 160 if he wants too. He doesn't have to be forced into fighting Ward if they're not in the same weight class.

If Ward wants a challenge, look no further than the light heavyweights. It's time Ward to move up anyway.

He's the I've Kicked Everybody Relevant at 68's Ass champ. That's about as undisputed as it gets.

how much has HBO spent on trying to build Ward up? yet he's not exactly PPV material nor the "star" that he thinks GGG isnt. Andre made a good buck against Rodriguez and fighting JCC Jr. makes more sense to him at this time rather than GGG.
