Look what happened to unbeaten Lenny Zappavigna, look what happened to Bredis Prescott... and take a look at what is going to happen to Shafikov, another unbeaten record is about to be smashed to pieces. God Bless Titere Vazquez! The best lightweight champion in the world right now.
To bad their not in a rush to get Crawford in there with Vasquez..I'd like to see that fight..

It will be televised on HBO2. It's in China, so I imagine it will be live sometime in the morning in the USA. I could be wrong.

Vazquez will run run run, and nobody can run fast enough to catch him. Such a frustrating style to watch.

I dunno if the hype was that Gesta was going to beat Vazquez, but the TR hype behind Gesta was that he was the next hard hitting left handed Filipino. Obviously he wasn't to be the next Manny Pacquaio, but still a marketable Filipino KO artist.

I dunno if Gesta wasn't given fights or if he was even interested in fighting. Probably a combination of both.

Vazquez is probably the closes thing to a prime Sweet Pea in this era and it's truly amazing watching him do what he does best. It's like watching a live chemistry experiment go down right in front of you when he slips, dips, and counters.
