Benny Leonard was really fast, both in hands and on feet. But even Jack Dempsey claimed that Harry Greb was faster than Leonard, but we will never know since there are no surviving film of Grebs 300 fights. Harry Greb #3ATG

From the list, Pacman or Judah.
All-time quickest, RJJ of the modern time fighters. Ed Hopson had fast hands too. And Meldrick of course.

I am sure his reflexes were excellent but I was basing my opinion on pure speed and I think he comes up a bit short compared to the faster men on that list.

I thought I knew most of the top fighters but could you tell me who Ed Hopson is and when and in what weight class he fought in. I never heard of him before. I'm sure he is a damn good fighter but he is news to me.

Ed Hopson was decent. IBF super feather beltholder. Fought Tracy Harris Patterson. I just remember I was amazed by his handspeed back then, early 90´s.

Putting multiple shots on an opponent I'd say Manny. He gets off 4-5 punches In a heartbeat. Single shot with blazing speed and accuracy I'd say Floyd.
Roy had the fastest shots and triple left hooks lol..
Hamed was fast as well. Khan has quick hands and puts multiple shots together shortly before he goes for a nap.

As expected. People can't differentiate between true single punch handspeed and shoe shine combinations.
