I think people forget how fast Oscar's jab and left hook was. Oscar could let it fly too but we know fighters on this list were faster because he fought them.

People discrediting Martinez and Direll really need to take a look at a history offast fighters in thise weight divisions. Direll has uncommon speed and Martinez has rare speed. At 154, he seemed faster than Floyd and much more active and explosive. He closes a ton of distance with sheer athleticism it's really impressive at 160. Martinez is constantly bending forward so he seems closer and slower due to his style but if you watch the positioning of his feet hes further than he appears on tv. Seen him live and the guy is very VERY fast. I haven't seen many faster than him live (feet). Reminded me a bit like Pac with how fast he could step in and take that extra step to chase with a trailing left hand.

I've seen shane and floyd too and their leaping ability is f ucking insane. Shanes faster imo prime wise from what I saw but Floyd has some fast feet from a standstill and with his reflexes he honestly has already dodged the punch and the punch isnt even fully extended...

With a single punch? Not that shoe shining crap people mistake for handspeed? P4P, possibly Dirrell.

Rigo should have been on your list because he is much faster than Hamed, Martinez and Dirrell and maybe all the rest of them. I can understand Russell not being on the list because he is not a champion yet, but his combinations are blazing fast.
Reflexes Hamed is near the top of the list.

          Where's Meldrick Taylor?

P4P Roy Jones, but a prime Tyson was lighting fast given his size as well as Ali. Mosley had blinding speed at lightweight although his competition ******. Mayweather Jr., Sugar Ray Leonard, Benny Leonard, and Camacho deserve a mention.

So from that list I'd rank them 1. Mosley 2. Mayweather 3. Pacquiao

Hands down almost NO fighter was faster than Camacho at 130. Check the 3:08 to about 5:00 mark, especially footage from when he was 130:

Meldrick Taylor was the fastest fighter of all time.
Even roger mayweather is on video confirming this.

James toney should be on this list if for nothing else then his reflexes were insane. And his hand speed was no joke he could slip shots in almost at will.

I picked three guys there too damn fast to make a decision just by what I remember and what I see on the tv set with my eyes.... someone good in math needs to do a calculation for us.
