How do you see Floyd-Maidana playing out?(Round by Round)

So is the fight officially on or not?

Boxing Scene has said nothing about which guy will fight Mayweather and I am sure they would put it in their latest headlines if the fight was official. I have always believed that Khan was chosen as Mayweather's opponent months ago and all this talk of Maidana being a possible opponent was just for show. I think the poll was rigged for Khan to win it. I hope I am wrong and Maidana gets the fight because he earned it and Khan didn't.

I see Chino KO the *** out of Fraud after a Broner style beatdown for 6-10 rounds. But hey, that fight aint happening, instead Fraud is fighting that guy with no belt, the skinny guy that looks like a giraffe.

maidana lost every round to devon alexander........ floyd will clinch every time maidana gets close(ref will do nothing obv), eventually maidana will give up mentally around the mid-way point of the fight and floyd will potshot to an easy victory and people will say master-piece. think ward-rodriguez.

Maidana is pretty good with those clinches. Lately he's been doing like against Broner, when clinched he gets that arm free and starts to slam the body nicely. Fraud will have his hands full with Maidana. Chino aint no green wet in the ears Canelo or a crappy Guerrero, and he has more KO power than those two put together.
I dont think Maidana ever gives up either. Like in the Khan fight, he seems pretty sure about fking people up unitl the end win or lose. Fraud isnt a kid anymore and he will have a hard time keeping up with that rate of fire if Maidana repeats his performance against Broner.

It will be more competitive than people think. Mayweather has lost a step.

The biggest problem Maidana poses for Floyd is that you can't really control him with feints.

Everyone that has beaten him has done so with movement speed, and a high work rate.

Expect it to be a hard fought victory for Floyd much like the Cotto fight.

Maidana is very awkward, and throws punches from unorthodox angles and positions, and off balance when you are not expecting him to throw a punch.

That kind of style poses problems for defenses like Floyds. Expect Floyd to get touched up a bit, but still win.

I see it being a lot more competitive than people expect due to Floyd's age, consistent decline and the fact Maidana will have no respect for him what so ever and will be the first time that's happened since probably Hatton.

I still expect Mayweather to win comfortably though
