Damn nowaday champs are pu$$ys. Leonard wanted the rematch with Duran. Duran gladly accepted. Today Garcia beats Lucas by a 2 point margin with a bad kd call and only one point deduction for over 10 clear as day low blows and hes not having a rematch.

In my opinion, there is no way in hell YOU and many of the fan boys of the forum would be calling for a REMATCH. And if any poster brought a rematch up, many of you would laugh hysterically and say the next time Matthysee will do Garcia worse and put him in a coffin permanently.

I wasn't shocked to see Matthysse's reaction. He was never arrogant pre-fight for many of his bouts. And even afterwards, he was always chill.

from your post i understand you dont have much love for lucas, lol. could you imagine if pac wouldnt of given marquez a rematch. We wouldnt of seen all those good fights. if lucas got all that hype before the gacia fight it was because he kept hurting everyone he punched. hell he even made danny grab on for dear life. i wasnt goin for lucas or danny but i do belive garcia won. however if they do rematch i would bet on lucas to edge garcia by ko in 7.

Why do people keep acting like Garcia exposed, and beat Matthysse in a 10-2 type of fight?

            **** is getting annoying.

Pacquaio vs. Marquez is not a good example, because their first fight was scored a DRAW. So a rematch was logical and justified. It's different from Matthysse vs. Garcia.

If the roles were reversed, and Matthysse closed Garcia's eye, FRACTURED that same eye, scored a knockdown -- many of you wouldn't be asking for a rematch. And no one would be calling the closed eye -- luck or a freak accident. And no one would argue for Garcia that he was winning the fight til he got the closed eye. None of you would be trying to hear that ****.

as long its good fight why wouldnt i want to see it, regarless of the first outcome? lucas is a popular dude because of his buzzsaw style.however i still dont know why people say it was luck, lucas however was fightin with one eye so ofcourse that changed things. that is why i wouldlike to see how he would do in a rematch. a fight that would interest me would be gacia vs marquez.

I would wish for a rematch with Danny, the first few rounds until Danny ****ed his eye up, I had Matthysse ahead.

I'm not against a rematch. It would be good to see.

My thing is that if the roles were reversed, the vast majority here wouldn't be asking for a rematch. Everyone instead would be calling Garcia a fighter that got exposed, how Garcia was overrated, etc etc. The name calling and disrespect would be endless.

But because that wasn't the case, a rematch is wanted. And I feel most that want the rematch, only want to see it because they want Matthysse to avenge the loss and 'prove' them right since Garcia proved them wrong the first time.

How so? They had quite a competitive fight, where Danny Garcia was the only one ever in serious trouble.

Matthysse got a tough break and his eye puffed up.
