well, before the guerrero fight floyd tweeted that he was gonna fight devon alexander in an unification fight, right? so anything can happen, it will be really funny if khan't doesn't get the fight after all the things he's been saying and doingComment

I doubt very much that he's making a decision based on what Daniel Rafael says.Wouldn't be the least bit surprising. Dan Rafael went on a one man crusade on Twitter the other day to try and shame Team Mayweather into picking Maidana by posting Youtube clips of Khan getting knocked out with messages like "Floyd is going to fight this guy??" Knowing how weak of a stomach Floyd has I sort of figured that's all it would take.Comment

It kinda does, cause Maidana can lose to Broner, I don't think he will bu it's possible.
And Khan, if he doesn't get it in May, what is he gonna do sit out until September, scared as hell to fight a credible opponent and get KO'ed? He already has nearly 12 months sitting out, if he waits until Sept to fight, that will be 18 months and would be terrible for a young fighter like him. And I can't see how fighting another no-hoper journeyman will sway fans into wanting to see Mayweather vs Khan. If Khan doesn't get the fight, he needs to fight at least Alexander or some one.Comment

Maidana deserves the fight more than Khan that's for sure but I rather see Floyd fight someone else. Don't like Khan or Maidana as an opponent.Comment

Then you underestimate/misunderstand how insecure Floyd Mayweather truly is. Dan Rafael is the most prominent member of the boxing media in the US. He has the loudest pulpit. It ain't him they're worried about.Comment
