I can see why Pac fans want Manny to leave Bob.
But why do the Mayweathers?
Do they care about Pac getting his taxes in order too?

Nobody but a moron believes them at this point. They just keep finding a different issue, every time. Floyd was smart not to fight Manny, look at all the money he has made. Casual PPV buying boxing fans probably have the lowest IQ of any sports fan out there. Floyd only needs to hang on to the perception that he is not a coward, the reality of actually not being one does not necessarily make him richer. Could Floyd had made more money that he already has over the five years if he fought Manny? Well yes and no. The fight itself would have been the biggest payday in the history of sports however, he could have gotten seriously injured or humiliated in the ring and have had a much lesser subsequent career arc because of it, the answer is, maybe, the answer is, why take the risk when, financially, you are just fine without doing so, and more than that, financially you can do quite well without the risk, because casual boxing fans are like Menudo fans or New Kids on the Block fans, they are **** swallowers.
Floyd Sr is simply trying to maintain the ever retreating battle for public perception that Manny Pacquiao and / or Bob Arum are the reason this fight has not been made. By keeping that question within the mind of the **** swallowers, that challenge, those same **** swallowers won't feel ****** when they ooh and aaah at Floyd as he takes care of the Ortiz's, Guerrero's and Kahn's of the world.
As long as they can keep the dummies thinking "THEY should fight" rather than the more accurate perception that "Floyd should stop running from Manny" than Floyd can just keep finding another and another excuse, and keep taking their money for lesser opponents.
This doesn't mean I think Pac would necessarily win, but I do think that Floyd thinks Pac presents a very high risk fight that could end in brutal KO, for himself.
I also don't think Pac, nor Arum are somehow angels within all of this, but ultimately they WANT the fight 100% and have sincerely wanted the fight 100% for years and years, and Mayweather DOES NOT WANT THE FIGHT 100% and hasn't for years and years. Mayweather and Co are only interested in maintaining the perception that they do, and keeping in check the concept that they are 100% uninterested.
But again, its hard to blame them when Mayweather is making a lot of money without it. But of course he doesn't want it. What are they splitting 150 mill? Twice that? He is getting 60%. They can do any and all testing. They can fight in Vegas. And now, Arum cannot be involved at all.
Its silly. I can't see anybody really believing Floyd wants this fight unless they are just playing devil's advocate trolling or they are really dumb or really uninformed, or both.
Take it easy kid take it easy...

Floyd simply didn't, and doesn't, want that fight. I wish he would just be honest with his fans so everyone could just move on.

Arum is renowned as the greatest promoter in boxing history- and there were many "greats".
Oscar and Phoney Phloyd (because he thought Arum wasn't promoting him well enough) are the only major fighters to leave Top Rank with malice-that I know of. There may be more, but if so, surely phoney would be dragging them up....
I suggest that you educate yourself ...a little...before "sounding off" --like a kid shouting into an empty dustbin--.. by looking it up on the internet.
