People are raving about GGG-Lara because unfortunately, that is the best opponent Golovkin would have faced to date. Which is pathetic for a 32 year old.
Go up and beat one of Ward, Froch, Kessler, Groves, Bika, then you silence the critics. Lara is in a win-win, if he loses to GGG, he lost to the bigger man and #1 ranked MW, if he beats GGG he basically skyrockets up to everyone's P4P list and would be seen in the same position as some one like Danny Garcia, who exposed Matthysse. Golovkin, if he loses, would be humiliating and not only would his hype die down, but all of his fairweather fans would disappear. If he wins, big deal, he beat a JMW...go up and face the 168 fighters.

So he'd have already several fighters moving up from 154 to fight him at 160, but he refuses to move up and face Andre Ward. Maybe GGG should grow the same sized balls his 154 opponents have and move up 1 weight class.

I rather him call out Floyd, a smaller 154 guy instead of Lara. What's Lara done anyway? He aint fighting the best. He hasn't fought Canelo or Floyd or Quillin.. This dude's desperate for that GGG payday. That tool
