Kinda like how Sergio has found a way to avoid GGG for the past year. But I'm sure you have an excuse to justify that

Lara will try to run like he does but GGG catches him is Angulo did
And we saw what happened to Angulo right?

I guess because Haymon is the biggest manager in the sport, they assume he should get the call from GGG's team.
If Lara can demonstrate that he's serious about the fight in some way it'd come a lot closer, but the simple fact is the only way it happens is 160 and HBO. GGG is by now the much bigger draw, and Laras doing the calling.

I'd really like this fight, but I don't hold out much hope of it happening. I guess it doesn't really matter who calls who, but I guess Lara should probably have got his manager to check with Haymon that there was at least a possibility of him fighting on HBO before calling GGG out.

If he can confirm this then it'd look like he's got serious intent and the fight becomes more realistic - anyone hoping for this to take place in April is hopelessly naive IMO - GGGs got a July / August date that'd be more feasible however.

Lol, can't believe you mention Macklin's name who was COMPLETELY TERRIFIED at the opening bell and did a Victor Oritz and just QUIT! Macklin doesn't even have a 3rd of the athleticism, speed, great foot work and tight defense that Lara has. You are literally comparing apples and oranges.

            EPIC FAIL

Wtf are you talking about? The guy was saying Lara handles GGG easy since he can't pressure like Angulo or Freddy Hernandez. So ask Macklin about the pressure he brings

Like the pic DS, but this fight will never, ever take place on SHO. If Erislandy wants it he'll have to come to HBO. Like Kid C, it's up to him to talk to Haymon and make it happen. He's gotta come to GGG not the other way round.

if Lara can't get a title fight at JMW, go for it
by why wouldn't he get a shot?
thought he was WBA interim champ; Floyd won't keep that belt
Lara is the best guy at JMW other than Floyd
he shouldn't go anywhere yet unless it's a 1 shot deal
screw GGG coming down to JMW, that's pointless
fight doesn't matter unless it's at MW
