Comments Thread For: Bradley: No Guarantee That I Would Face Mayweather

It’s a fight many weren’t sure would happen considering the lack of interest and the controversy that surrounded their first meeting but here we are with Timothy Bradley ready to square off a second time against Filipino icon Manny Pacquiao on April 12th in Las Vegas, NV.

Bradley secured a career high payday of 6 million dollars and signed a contract extension that from all accounts will give Bradley a very lucrative and high minimum guarantee for his future fights regardless if he wins or loses on April 12th.

Floyd ducks a shot pacman.plays games and
Has voting sites to fight fight two no hopers.

    Tim made the right move.

Tim wouldnt make more then 2 million to
    Fight guys like
Porter, thurman, paulie and danny. Floyd is a 10 millon dollar fight for timmy,
But with the mayweather school of antics is unlikely.

    + 1 timmy

I think if Bradley joined GBP it would be pretty much guaranteed he'd get the Mayweather fight.

I don't see how it's debatable, he has all the credentials.

With Mayweather, nothing is guaranteed bro..He has fights that can be made within his stable that has not been made..Namely,Martinez and Lara..

Bradley's in his weight class though.

              That's the difference.

After your knock out I'd say it would be difficult to get a Mayweather fight

I agree with Bradley. Besides, Golden Boy doesn't like boxers with his style, especially those that don't have big fan bases. Bradley would be in the same league as Thurman, Porter, Alexander and Lara.

So is Lara..Martinez also said he'd go to 154lb ages ago..Before you say that is not his weightclass..Mayweather is the ring Champion..That is his weightclass and he is not fighting the best comp within it..
