There's that tweet a couple pages back saying Arum wants the random testing done by NSAC, like the Bradley/Marquez fight. I assume that's the issue. Obviously both Pac and Bradley are okay with VADA.

Bradley should have learned his lesson from the Marquez fight,and put in writing Vada testing..This is just ****y and suspect..

Arum is just a spiteful person in general, it's his way or the high way but if Bradley wanted he should have wrote into his contract extension that its VADA or no fight. That way Arum would either have to let him go as a free agent or abide by that little fine print.

What can Bradley do when he is not the draw? In business, leverage is everything. Bradley doesn't have that much leverage though. He is not a Miguel Cotto. He's not even on Marquez's level despite the win.

To get the fight with Pacquaio, Bradley also had to sign a contract extension. This just goes to show how much leverage Bradley had. Cotto didn't have this issue when a Pacquaio fight was presented to him as a free agent.

So when it comes to random drug testing, if Arum says NSAC or you ain't getting the Pacquaio fight, what can Bradley do? Bradley going to say no to that payday that he cannot get fighting anyone else at Top Rank? Yeah right.
