Does it matter? What matters is the timeframe to which the fighters are subject to random testing. Its the detterence that is paramount.

I haven't heard anything, but I doubt they haven't started already.

Bradley is taking VADA testing for the third year in a row.
Manny completed the VADA programme for the Rios fight.

VADA is randomly testing all year around.

The commission is better than USADA.
The commission catches cheaters. USADA throws away samples.

              Silly flotard, as usual.

As I understand the article, they are still negotiating USADA and VADA.

AGree I was thinking that as soon as I posted it. Should commence as soon as the contracts are signed.

This is an old article. It's over a month old. They already agreed for NSAC to do the the advanced random testing like they did for Bradley-Marquez. Bradley also signed up to VADA just for himself though.

Bradley hasn't signed up for year round testing. He's only done it in a fight by fight basis. In 3 fights so far, he's only been tested for a combined 4 months with 1 more month to go.
