There's very few with a better resume in the game right now. List the number of first ballot hall of famers currently fighting....then you see the only peoples who's compare.

P.S I like Mayweather and appreciate the limelight he brings to the sport of boxing for this I am a fan of him, so please don't accuse me of being a hater!
I think it is interesting that you only go back to 2006 when you criticize Mayweather's resume. I also think it is interesting that you conveniently forgot to mention Shane Mosley, who won the WBC title when he knocked out Margarito.

Looking at things from your perspective and comparing their resumes, please tell us how many notable wins and titles have been won by ODLH, Shane Mosley, Ricky Hatton, Antonio Margarito, JMM (except for that vicious KO of Pacquaio) Joshua Clottey, Miguel Cotto (except a 154-pound title against a guy no one ever heard of) and Manny Pacquaio's other opponents since 2006.

This post is so f......king ******, I don't know why I bothered to respond, but, nevertheless, I can't wait to see the type of bullsh..t responses you lame as.s Pac worshippers come up with.

Fourth one created today. Must be some kind of record. I think these haters can literally sense the end of their god and hype machine, MannyPacquaio, so they have been especially vitriolic against Mayweather in the last month.

I am a big complainer about Mayweather carefully picking opponents his whole career but I can't say his resume is bad. He has a good resume, it was carefully planned but still a good resume.

                same old, same old
he earned his ATG status in his prime range of 130-135
he moved up to make money and has been selective with opponents
he's gotten some decent wins, but earned a bad rep
he gets ranked around here more on talent than what he's done with it

Hatton was an undefeated P4P guy. Mosley had just decapitated the guy everyone said was the most feared man in boxing in Margarito. Everyone said Floyd would duck him. Floyd owns him and now that W means nothing? The same goes for Canelo. EVeryone said Floyd would duck him, he just beat a very good guy in Trout, and Floyd nearly shut him out.

Ortiz suffered a brutal KO to which he may have not been the same after. Oscar was one of the biggest fights in history, it was at 154 when Floyd was a really small guy, and he had just decapitated the super tough Mayorga. Thats not even counting guys who are still very good fighters like Cotto. Would anyone be shocked if he won the MW title? Cotto Im talking about.

This is not even talking about the fact that Floyd was a HOF fighter before 2006. You dont get that without having a good resume. Fact is most of these guys werent even watching boxing back then so they downplay what he accomplished
Hatton lost that fight to collazo at 147 ,at best ,he really struggled.
Shane was old man. And he beat a ace first guy tailor made for him
And was a old man coming off a layoff cause of the berto pull out.
It was 15 months since he had beat face first margo
Zab got beat up by slow poke. Then he fights the slow poke.

Floyd is the stipulation king. Its not hating on aomeone when 75 percent of the world thinks you cherry pick.
Thats more of a majority leading into a Fact.

His fans hold on to that fake 0 more then he does.
I was huge floyd fan, but i cant support
                  ***ch ish .

His street cred is a shamed . His boxing cred is up cause he has money.
If he had no money , he would be viewed as a broner /alexander/david haye.

                  Floyd:take the test/retired/leave your promoter

                  >>>>>>>>>David haye: it was my toe

                  Thats ***ch ish

                      1) He has yet to face a legit Hall of Fame fighter in their prime.

                      2) His best win is Diego Corrales, someone whose not even a legit hall of famer.

                      3) He had a fake retirement after beating career 140 pounder Ricky Hatton at 147 and ducked the hottest an deepest division in boxing at the time ducking fights vs prime margarito, prime cotto, prime paul williams, younger shane. He came back from his fake retirement after everybody beat each other up and faced a career 130lb and under fighter at a catch weight which he consequently didnt make and cheated the lower fighter at the scales.

                      Those are all facts.

Great post^^^^^^^ lets see everyones arguement
