My personalized pound for pound list

FIRST THIS IS NOT A REGULAR POUND FOR POUND LIST.

This pound for pound list determines which fighters are the best right now, excluding any of their previous encounters ( I don't know if I explained it properely)

    1) mayweather
    2) pacquiao
    3) ward
    4) golovkin
    5) rigo
    6) klitschko
    7) bradley
    8) martinez
    9) marquez
    10) kovalev

Anyone I missed? What do you guys think?

Also if anyone understood my point and can explain it better, please do

Not bad but GGG above Sergio Martinez is like a slap to the face lol. The competition difference is a big leap

That's why I'm excluding their resumes completely, I'm saying as in if they fought right now, who would win?

          GGG too high

                  3) Rigo
                  4) Sergio
                  5) Pac
                  6) Bradley
