What a load of garbage. Do you even follow boxing?

    1) Froch has as much right to feel aggrieved by Howard Foster's intervention; he was on the verge of flattening Groves.

    2) He wasn't smug in his post-fight comments. He just remarked, like many on this forum, at the fickle nature of fans. That's true: Brits are known for it. He had every reason to be pissed at those idiots who booed him.

    3) Froch has been pretty frank about his career plans for some time. He's always wanted a BIG fight in Vegas, and has even reason to be pissed by the IBF's decision. It interrupts a potential money/dream bout in the 'States.

    4) If anyone is backtracking, it's Groves. Incessantly b1tching about Matchroom, the judges, the split, the venue etc. It's bizarre. He NEEDS Froch.

        1) He clearly doesn't have "as much to feel aggrieved" about. That much is crystal clear. But you are correct in saying the he may have been robbed off the chance of an excellent KO and comeback.

        2) He was a little smug. He was saying he had a clear shot at Groves (which really wasn't the case) and he could have finished Groves' career (doubt it). He also said it was a deserved stopagge - I don't think it was, but he was in the ring and can without question judge it better than us I think. There was a few things I don't think he should have said - not because of smugness, just because it wasn't the right time.

        3) This much is true. and he deserves to do whatever he wants to do really. I'd like to see him fight in vegas as well- heck, I think i'd fly out for that fight.

        4) Groves is entitled to stand up for himself. He hasn't been b!tching about the split imo. He just said he didn't like to options and the contract that came with it. That's why he appealed - so he could be a free agent going into the fight. If he feels that's the right thing for his career then that's his own problem.

It is sig worthy. I thought Froch was the delusional one. The Groves/Hayemaker fanboys are unreal. If it's not LacedUp saying that Froch didn't land any clean punches at the stoppage, it's this guy saying that Groves propelled himself into the ropes as some sort of sign of protest

Why are you quoting me saying something you never saw?

I thought you were better than that.

I said, Froch didn't land many clean punches, most of them were caught by Groves. Which is the truth. That's not saying he didn't land anything - just that he didn't land that many clean punches.

I still don't understand what weird obsession you have with David Haye. It's borderline strange. You mention him/refer to him in one way or another every single day.

Like you, I hope Froch obliterates and retires this kid.
I'm looking forward to it. He's going to wish the referee stepped in this time, he's getting his jaw smashed!

You said Froch only landed "half-shots" at the stoppage. I then showed you the replay of the stoppage and you were forced to change your mind.

He landed several clean punches throughout the fight. Hence Groves looking like a panda afterwards.

I said he landed a couple of half-shots and a couple of clean shots. I was forced to change my mind from a couple to three clean shots. Sorry about that.

That still doesn't change the fact that you pull quotes out of your arse that I never said.

He did land several clean punches. Several. Key word. As in a few every other round. He didn't punish Groves throughout the fight as Dan said, which was the original discussion - to which he later admitted to wasn't the case.

I have never said that Froch didn't land anything, that would be insane. I just said he didn't land that much and he was hitting air a lot.

Then you have continuously called me a hayemaker fanboy, though if you look through my history you would have seen that Froch was always a much higher regarded fighter in my eyes than david haye. You need to come up with something better.

If I could be arsed, I'd find your post where you claimed Froch landed a couple of half shots and the ref jumped in. You claimed he didn't land clean at all during the stoppage sequence.

I then posted a close-up video of Groves getting his head rocked back by clean hard shots and you backtracked heavily.
