I've read each comment in this thread and understand everyone's thing about rankings, etc. But from what I saw in his last fight, the kid sucks to me. I'm sorry, he just does.

Putting rankings to the side, I don't see what's so special about him. He has little to no power, ok movement and almost put me to sleep.

But hey, if he gets the fight, this will be the perfect thread for you guys to bump post fight, right
Are you seriously claiming Barker/Geale almost put you to sleep?

Yes, I'm seriously saying that. There were a few interesting spots in that fight, but for the most part, I wasn't feeling it

Network wars are preventing Quillin.it doesn't stop Martinez the no.1 guy the fans want to see against GGG.Geale is the next logical opponent not tied up,or currently active in camp preparing for another fight after Geale has fought Woods in a few weeks.

Geale doesn't suck at all.he is a former titlist who won't fall over easily, can the same be said of Jacobs who you're trying so hard to promote as a sterner test for GGG than Geale ! Now I'm sorry but if Jacobs got the fight ahead of Geale I'd be disappointed.GGG obviously went after Adama to do a better number on him than Geale did.it worked! Get ready for GGG vs Geale,it may cause your anus discomfort but its happening.

Jacobs can in the mean time get out there and earn a title and then demand a fight against GGG should he so desire it,which I doubt will ever happen,as I don't see Jacobs emulating the successes Geale has had in his career.

But hey if it happens you can bump this thread on me.

What sets Geale apart from most of the top middleweights is that he has good movement in and out and side to side combined with a high work rate. Because of that style he does tend not to punch as hard as he can as he is not always set to punch with his fullest power. On the whole he is probably one of the best middleweights and one of the hardest to beat, particularly convincingly. I actually scored the Barker-Geale fight for Geale, it was a very close fight (and exciting!). At the moment at middlweight one and two is Martinez and Golovkin and then Sturm, Quillin and Geale round off the top 5.

Pretty much agree with this post. I don't see why anybody would want to discredit geale he's easily one of the best middleweights out there ... unless of course it's a roundabout shot at GGG ... u know discrediting a potential opponent etc etc ... NSB lol

He got Kirkland's **** so far up his throat that it makes his eyes watery and ****s with vision. So he didn't get a good look at the fight.

Geale has defeated Mundine twice, Geale is more proven than Golovkin.

During Kirkland's inactivity you didnt hear a word from this dude. But now that Kirkland has a win over a young ass prospect, he's all over the place. Lol
