Matter fact, I don't think they're scared at all. But it doesn't make much sense to move up 8 lbs to fight a guy who (in my opinion) is the most dominant guy in the sport right now, even over Floyd. Why dabble in a division against a guy who's natural habitat is in? Especially when you can make millions upon millions in facing Floyd... and look at how highly regarded any fighter would be in taking Floyd's '0'. I think Floyd moving up to fight at 154, and GGG coming down in weight to 154 balances out fairly well. Especially if by some strange happening GGG becomes weight drained, you can always say Floyd had to move up.
If history tells us anything, moving up drastically in weight (especially if you're not a muscle bound fighter like Pascal who's weight is in the fibers) against one of the best fighters is not always a smart idea.
ie; Pavlik - Hopkins
PS:
I DO NOT much care for a fight against Floyd or Ward, especially at this stage in his career. But if we had to choose one or the other...
I mean, he hasn't even cleared out his own division yet, and we're asking him to challenge fighters in other weight classes (regardless of whether or not he's called out Mayweather)?
