Tim is not going to be a star his minimum per fight maybe increased but I see contractual dispute happening when HBO refuse to meet it vs Alvarado or Rios he will probably get a trilogy vs PAcquiao though and Maybe even Marquez.

but seriously who the **** would want to see Rios or Alvarado? provodnikov maybe

ODH and floyd were not at the end of their careers. Cotto as close but not at the end.

WE agree tim should stay given the $6 mil. I'm just saying he and posters can't defend it by saying he doesn't know what would happen if he left.

Its the same thing as the Khan fight. Tim is taking sure money rather than taking the risk he might lose and never get that kind of payday. Its ok.

Meanwhile, odh, cotto, and floyd (who wasn't a big draw when he left tr) all made 10 figures for fights upon leaving.

If he stays with TR he can lose and be ok-if he doesn't he has to win. Thats a lot of pressure that could affect how he performs in the ring.

and if tim was to leave TR and got a fight with floyd and lost, tim will be back at the bottom. look at ortiz, guerrero, where are these guys at now??? canelo lost all his power after losing to floyd lol, he's only getting a better treatment because he has a huge following, cant say the same for tim.

          contract!!!

in the contract it states that tim has to give a statement (or no Paquaio) and in the statement he has to say that top rank did not force him to extend or no paquaio fight!!

On the one hand, bradley staying with top rank because of uncertainties, i can feel that. But as i read the rest of the interview, his phrase.."i think i probably would have" means it wasnt sure he would have gotten the pac fight had he left top rank. He also said "it (the manny fight) was apart of the package" means signing the extention secured his fight with Pac. As poster ask if fighting Pac was going to happen without signing the extention, then y did he reup? Fight..then leave. Top rank isnt loaded with 47 pd fighters. Unless bradley plans on doing a trilogy with pac and rematching marquez, then face rios, then alvarado...

AGAIN, fight PAC, beat him and now YOU have the negotiating POWER! Tim is not a draw but neither was Floyd. It is WHO you beat that starts the interst on how good you really are. As long as Tim keeps beating NAME fighters he will skyrocket in Payday and PPV. Now that he signed with Top Rank he will ONLY be in the bubble looking out. He won't get paid more than $6 million cause Top Rank is out of Top NAME fighters that would interest the boxing public to shell out for PPV money. Tell me, WHO else does Top Rank have after Pac? I

when floyd left TR and got a fight with oscar, oscar was the a-side, floyd is now the a-side as u put it, tim is not gonna see 10 figures type amount if he was to fight floyd, lets be real here. how much did cotto and canelo made fighting floyd? both of them has a huge fanbase compare to tim. tim would prolly make the same amount as guerrero. its easy to sit there and say he could possibly make more leaving TR but thats all just assumption. when the offer is put on the table and the money is there u'll change ur mind set real quick.

Like I've been saying, I hope the money is worth it. I fully expect him to end up complaining about fans disrespecting him or not appreciating him in a year or two, when he's fighting Provodnikov for the third time and no one cares.

if tim is not gonna be a star staying with TR when they pretty much have no one left except for pac at WW, tim will even be less of a star going with gbp. didnt u guys said gbp has all the better fighters at 140-47? LOL.

He'd have to WIN to make more Thats why I can see why he took the deal.
