An 85/15 split is the standard split in a champion vs mandatory situation. Groves was trying to change the rules to get more money.

Standard what? Standard scam/rip off? After paying all taxes, fees, and expenses he'll end up with what 4%. No thanks says a smart man. Who is the IBF to make this rule anyway? Who needs a belt anyway? Let these two fight an unsanctioned fight and split the purse. That's the way to do it.
