How in the hell did roach get trainer of the year? His best outcome was ruslan over Alvarado. Which is ok but Not that great. Not a big fan of Jr, but floyd sr did some good work with his son after he got busted up by cotto last year. Julio diaz, angel garcia, Robert garcia were ahead of roach this year.

The Provodnikov win looks better in retrospect. Marquez was a top 5 p4per and the favorite. Bradley has a really, really good win and good complementary win. I think that's better than Guerrero and Alvarez.

I think Rigo is the clear FOTY this year, personally, and Bradley is second.

Mayweathers the only guy out of those 3 to beat two ranked fighters last year.

Don't see how Rigondeax is a clear winner when he only had 1 impressive win.

Bradley had a good year but he edged both of his fights as opposed to Mayweather who barely lost a round.

Either way I think Mayweather was a worthy winner.

no way do i see bradley being second. provodnikov is simply not a good win. retrospect or otherwise. a fighter with bradley's talent should not have struggled in that fight.

Manny, Floyd (and perhaps Hatton) are the only recent fighters that have based on "attention". So, quite simply, your post was wrong.

Maybe you should take a look at the past winners and what they did those years before you post? just an idea. Or clarify what your post really means.
lol, smh. u are giving very clear examples of it happening very recently and then ur debating it usually doesnt happen. its been the norm for quite some time now. smh.

Just a reminder, when something happens a lot, then its the norm. I gave 3 fighters out of dozens...maybe you need some rest.

Or you can simply name the other fighters that make it the norm.

or maybe u can look at most of the recent fighters and figure out how it has become the norm, dimwit. u like to argue about things that are rather inarguable. i think u think it makes u look smart. it doesn't. it makes u look like a fool.
