            Allow me to dumb it down for you.

            The award is NOT usually given on "attention over accomplishments"

            Manny, Floyd (and perhaps Hatton) are the only recent fighters that have based on "attention". So, quite simply, your post was wrong.

            Maybe you should take a look at the past winners and what they did those years before you post? just an idea. Or clarify what your post really means.
