I guess TR is not that evil. Not everybody needs golden boy. By the way Ward is #2 p4p and he wishes he made Bradley $$$

Yup. While I like Bob and TR, the smartest choice was to sign with GB if possible. The amount of marketable fights over there at WW is insane, just imagine all the matchup possibilities!!

Maybe he feels like most are high risk/low reward fighters and Mayweather who is the biggest fish over there might end up ducking him as well. Maybe he feels TR will be able to get him easier fights while maintaining his status as one of the best fighters in the game today.

As a Bradley fan, I'm disappointed. The fights aren't going to be there for him, and his legacy will suffer for it.

He has no natural fanbase so this was a very good business move for him.
As much as I like Bradle, he's not a star like Cotto who commands the attention and love of a nation.

He's gonna be getting paid way more on TR, but of course Larry thinks that's a bad idea because, no surprise, he's horrible with money. We all saw that after he took all incoming bets for Broner and still hasn't paid anybody.
He's even avoiding posting in this thread so he doesn't have to address not paying anybody

He makes more money, but legacy wise it hurts, who's he going to fight after Pac? Pac again I guess but there's no one left at TR. The biggest problem with higher minimums is landing fights the network will pay for. If he makes 3-4mil minimums he needs an opponent to match that.....like who? Especially if he loses to Pac which is highly likely. He could turn into Rigo....good fighter but his price range is way out of line. He got 1.9 for Provo and he wants higher is questionable. There's Alavardo, Rios, Provo, JMM. None of them are great welterweights and I'm glad he's getting paid but as a boxing fan like I've said before it sucks. He could fight the better fighters at GBP...Garcia, Lucas if they move up. Thurman or Porter who are rising stars and more proven at WW. You have the option of 154 which is tough but even there Canelo, Trout, Lara, hell ever Angulo. Then of course the biggest fight you want on your resume is a win over Floyd. As a boxing fan all of those matchups are more appealing than anything that isn't a third Pac fight.

Didn't he get paid more fighting Edwin who is Provo level than Bradley did vs Provo? Also Ward isn't even with Al or GBP.

Berto is a bad fighter, who got million dollar paydays losing fights. Al is apparently the guy to be with.

Who on Showtime makes more than Bradley?
Name one fighter who got paid more on regular Showtime than Bradley did on HBO.
Cotto only made a million against Trout....and that's why he left and went straight back to TR and HBO

                      Tell Ward that.

News flash buddy: Just cause you're elite doesnt mean you're a PPV fighter. Or should be getting paid like Pacquiao/Mayweather.

                      Skill doesnt always = money.
