    Prime hopkins vs prime ward

At a reasonable, reasonable catch weight in a "60-40 I'll tear your ass up " type of fight. Let's say the weight is around 166 and you got bhop after Trinidad and ward who's basically approaching his prime .

Even tho bhop don't get cut, gotta include the technical draw because of both fighters ATG craniums. Dq ain't included because smoger is the referee and both fighters are smart in not getting caught. Hopkins only point deduction was vs Keith Holmes and wards was in his last fight vs Rodriguez.

Td is technical decision . Say there's stoppage due to cut after start of 5th round.

    Technical draw is before then.

If you think MD then vote sd.

Ward would find his way to duck him like he did with Bute.

I honestly think Ward would take this,,, against really good fighters hopkins' activity rate drops and i think ward can squeeze out a close decision

Ward would be the underdog, but i think his style matches up well vs hopkins

Ward is an excellent fighter, BUT Hopkins is a rare breed and does everything Ward does but better plus he is just down right tougher...Hopkins wins a ud in a ugly and i mean an ugly fight

Hopkins only struggled against fighters with great athleticism and hand speed

Hard to bet against either, but probably even harder to bet against a prime Hopkins. But Larry's right, that ish would be super ugly. Rosie O'Donnell just waking up no makeup ugly.

But didn't you know? Ward couldn't of ducked Bute because he went on to lose to Froch and Pascal. It's the perfect logic of boxing scene.

Heads collide so hard they both go down. Hopkins gets up at 9, Ward doesn't. Kind of like Rocky II.
