Oh Dear! IBF order IMMEDIATE rematch with me and @Carl_Froch ... Maybe I was right after all turning down that 'amazing' 7 figure offer haha

Carl Froch: I'll give Groves a rematch - After Julio Cesar Chavez jr

So let Froch make an easy good payday what is wrong with that? he has earned it.
As for Groves well even though it was a typical Brit ref stoppage he was clearly on his way to a non controversial tko win we all know it and Groves will have to wait his turn and take what Froch deems appropriate as he is the Champion and already beat the guy......soComment

They should strike when the iron is hot. One of them might lose against someone else and that would ruin the rematch and the £s that come with it.Comment

As Froch has stated multiple times, a champion fights his mandatories and the next in line. If he has plans of fighting Groves anyway, why not take care of Groves then a farewell fight vs Jccjr?

wtf....
what if, hypothetically of course, Vera knocks out Chavez Jr or beats him again in the rematch?
Jr vs Vera first, idk how Froch vs Jr is close to being finalized lmaoComment

Carl Froch has said on Skysports today that he's happy to give George Groves a rematch, but says Chavez jr is on his radar first.
Kind of strange, as it is an option nobody in the UK really wants to see. I think fights with Golovkin, Ward, Groves and even Kessler III would do a lot better than Chaves jr.
It would, however, give him the chance to fight in Vegas, a dream of his - and that is understandable.
Is it a duck by Froch? A smokescreen? Or is it fair enough?
What do you think?

Later, on ringside - he did say he would fight Groves again:

I would love this fight. I am a big Chavez Jr fan but dropped him from my team temporarily for that "boxing" crap he tried to pull of against Vera. Chavez Jr is a pressure fighter, that's when he is at his best. And I believe he can beat Froch, even knock him out. Chavez Jr packs a heavy punch and a granite chin. Would really love this fight.Comment
