Chavez hits hard enough, just ask Sergio Martinez in that 12th round. He has enough power to where he only needs one good shot to hurt his opponents.

Again this could be an easy night for Froch but it depends on which Chavez Jr. shows up, he could turn out to be a very dangerous opponent for Froch.
That wasn't the first questionable decision he's gotten against mediocre opposition.

Chavez Jr outweighed Martinez by like 15lbs or something. He'll be fighting a guy his own size with a granite chin. I would not be that worried about his power if I was Froch. It's decent but not special.

Groves vs DeGale would be a good fight though if Froch goes in a different direction. It will be interesting to see who Groves picks to fight
I just don't think Chavez deserves the fight. If his last fight was a loss like it should've been it wouldn't be an option.

I'd like a Degale-Groves trilogy, still too early though. Maybe in a year when Chunk has a couple more wins.

Froch said he'd rematch Groves, then he wouldn't, now that he will, just not now, after this one. It wouldn't be at all surprising if he didn't even do that.

Froch will rematch Groves. But he's after a much bigger split in his favour.

He said he'd rematch Groves, he never said when. In fairness, Groves hasn't done himself any favours with his "rematch or retire" nonsense, claiming that Froch has no options when he quite clearly has plenty. What are Groves' options?

As much as I want to see the rematch with Groves, part of me is loving that the little prick is having to wait. He was lucky to get the Froch fight in the first place and by all accounts is asking for a lot of money to get the rematch.

Ward never had this option. Another day dreamer.

So when Andre Ward tried to break ties with Goosen to get a crack @ Chavez he got ****ted on and labeled as a cherry picker? Yet Froch drooling for a fight with Chavez and it's cool? FOH!

Meanwhile, at home: Chavez Jr. eating tacos and laughing at Froch and Ward.

Can't disagree there really. I liked Groves against Degale because James is a cocky cunt. I disliked Groves for parts of the Froch lead up because he was being a cocky cunt, but later realised a lot was for the build up. He was nearly in a tears in a couple of interviews and is actually decent underneath imo. He was civil with Froch post fight and Froch wasn't. Froch I still dislike more than I like, because he is a cocky cunt.

I love when idiots say **** like this. Who are you even talking about?

Plenty of people are ****ting on Froch in this thread but you probably didn't read it before you blurted that comment out.
