TIM SMITH, COLUMNIST FROM THE DAILY NEWS REPORTED THAT Pacquiao’s camp sent TWO emails to the Mayweather Camp, the first asked” what will the Penalty if Pacquiao test positive on the drug test.” The second email:” If he does test positive can they keep it quiet for the betterment of boxing” 9:00min mark.

Tim Smith never produced any emails, did he? But what does that have to do with whether there's fire behind all the PED smelling smoke coming from the Floyd camp?

Lance Armstrong never contracted USADA. Armstrong once upon a time was racing for the USPS (United States Post Service) professional team. And if you didn't already know, USADA was originally created by the United States Olympic Committee and gets funding from the U.S. government.

So the Armstrong thing was a huge deal for a lot of reasons.

No ****ting, cyclists have an adversarial relationship with USADA, unless corruption at play. Unlike in boxing where USADA is contracted by the promoter or the fighter himself in this case. Who spends money to get themselves busted?

This is why it would be better if NSAC contracted USADA and/or VADA, so that there is less of a conflict of interest. By Team Pacquaio paying VADA, his opponents or anyone can say that Pacquaio paid VADA not to test him behind the scenes. And others can say, Team Mayweather paid USADA not to test him behind the scenes. Even though I think both situations are nonsense, some people can try to run with that.

I think NSAC's new random drug testing program is more of the way to go. Even though NSAC doesn't have the greatest reputation.

Here's a lil bit more info on it in case you're still curious.

                http://cyclinginvestigation.usada.org/

Today, we are sending the ‘Reasoned Decision’ in the Lance Armstrong case and supporting information to the Union Cycliste International (UCI), the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), and the World Triathlon Corporation (WTC). The evidence shows beyond any doubt that the US Postal Service Pro Cycling Team ran the most sophisticated, professionalized and successful doping program that sport has ever seen.

The evidence of the US Postal Service Pro Cycling Team-run scheme is overwhelming and is in excess of 1000 pages, and includes sworn testimony from 26 people, including 15 riders with knowledge of the US Postal Service Team (USPS Team) and its participants’ doping activities. The evidence also includes direct documentary evidence including financial payments, emails, scientific data and laboratory test results that further prove the use, possession and distribution of performance enhancing drugs by Lance Armstrong and confirm the disappointing truth about the deceptive activities of the USPS Team, a team that received tens of millions of American taxpayer dollars in funding.
