This is why it would be better if NSAC contracted USADA and/or VADA, so that there is less of a conflict of interest. By Team Pacquaio paying VADA, his opponents or anyone can say that Pacquaio paid VADA not to test him behind the scenes. And others can say, Team Mayweather paid USADA not to test him behind the scenes. Even though I think both situations are nonsense, some people can try to run with that.

I think NSAC's new random drug testing program is more of the way to go. Even though NSAC doesn't have the greatest reputation.

I'm sorry, I don't know the Lance Armstrong story. I saw him on TV just months ago admitting his guilt. But here are people crediting USADA for exposing the bike racer. I'm confused. Wasn't he tested positive by USADA?
