First thing Rafael says is that there is no proof. So that throws that out the window. The last thing he says has no merit too because both sides demanded records. Team Mayweather requested Pacquaio's medical records, and then Team Pacquaio counterattacked.

And the unmistakable 'caught'? When he was asked that question, he didn't even know what TRT was. You can hear him asking what is it?

The only thing that has legs in your argument is that there are guys from his gym that failed tests. And it has some legs because that's a fact. And it is not a good look for him. Everything else is a joke.

      In my opinion he is.

Your post in highlights has the following words used many times by him.

On May 20, 2012, a rumor filtered through the drug-testing community that Mayweather had tested positive on three occasions for an illegal performance-enhancing drug.

More specifically, it was rumored that Mayweather’s “A” sample had tested positive on three occasions and, after each positive test, USADA had found exceptional circumstances in the form of inadvertent use and gave Floyd a waiver. This waiver, according to the rumor, negated the need for a test of Floyd’s “B” sample. And because the “B” sample was never tested, a loophole in USADA’s contract with Mayweather and Golden Boy allowed the testing to proceed without the positive “A” sample results being reported to Mayweather’s opponent or the Nevada State Athletic Commission (which had jurisdiction over the fights).
Rumor, rumor, according to rumor, etc. But the blind glance over the rumor part.

And in that same article, he fails to mention the fact that USADA published publicly all of Floyd tests results along with his opponents. Doesn't mention it whatsoever. But mentions the rumor, not the fact. That is amateurism at it's finest.

GTFO dude, I served you this link last month. I didn't think you were one of those trolls just out to waste others' time, but looks like it.

Berto has had Victor Conte, founder of the notorious Bay Area Laboratory Co-Operative, in his training camp for this fight.

Conte, however, denied he had any involvement in the positive test.

People heard of it through Victor Conte first because he was the first to open his mouth regarding it before it was even official. He constantly runs his mouth about VADA, even revealing certain testing protocols they do that is unknown to the public.
          Wow, you're stubborn.

I gave you 3 links pointing out exactly who the founder of VADA is, and exactly how they met up with Conte, but you keep saying the same ol crap.

Yes, he was the first to open his mouth about it, because he has a big mouth, and has the biggest name out of the bunch.

He knows of these testing protocols because he works with VADA on how to catch cheaters.

radioraheem's the first one to say rumor when it involves Floyd, and the first one to shout fact when it involves Pac.

Stop responding to the troll. He's bored, and wants to troll.

You said no smoke, I'm showing you the most mainstream boxing writer smelling it.

Yeah that's what betrayed it, him looking flustered and denying he even knows what it is, when he's friends with a big time TRT peddler

Why didn't Floyd submit the samples ordered by the court? Hmmmmmmm

What have I said regarding Pacquaio that wasn't fact? Please enlighten me.

And that very article/quote says what I said -- Conte denied. But I'm no fan of Conte whatsoever. I think he's shady as they come.
