If Carlos Molina is the best at 154 then i feel sorry for the division. He is boring as **** to watch.

If we don't include Floyd at 154, Lara is the best at junior middleweight. Molina gives anyone a run for their money. But, "the best"? No way.

I know. "King" Carlos is more like "Sir Clinchalot."

There's a few fights that still have to occur before we crown an undisputed #1.

Agreed. We're just going by perceived ability here.

I don't consider him the best. I would rate him the third best with Canelo the best and Lara the second best at 154. I am not sure he can beat Cotto so he might be the 4th best at 154.

no. he's a bum who holds all fight. it was a fake robbery against lara. he was landing on lara's gloves the entire fight while lara was hitting him clean. where's the robbery? because you can't see straight it's a robbery? gtfo! people were seemingly swayed by teddy atlas' horrible card where he gave the first 4 rounds to molina for some strange reason. lara beat up molina in the last couple rounds and molina didn't want the rematch....

and how exactly is canelo better than lara? winning a close fight against trout? didn't lara destroy trout. losing to mayweather and fighting like an idiot? i'm sure lara could do that if he really wanted to.

It's difficult to rate guys like Canelo and Andrade because they have few notable fights under their belt. The debate between Lara and Molina is based largely on ability, but other guys are being left out of the discussion due to their resume. It's possible that Andrade with his freakish height/length could beat the three aforementioned boxers.
