He tried to do business with Bob Arum in 09 and 12. Again Bob Arum ****** up the negotiations before Floyd went to jail with the cuts and the stadium. I wouldn't do business with him now either! both are on the same boat, about the same level right now B level boxers who lost a decision to Peterson/Bradley and are trying to comeback from KO/put to sleep in Pacquiao case

It was at the end because everything else was agree upon. OST was the first thing on the table. Floyd went into nogations with OST. It was the first thing on the contract. Team Pac didn't mentioned anything and even said it was a non issue that they would agree to anytest anytime anywhere. Infact the only issue that was of concern was the split. Floyd surprised everyone to agree on a 50/50 split. Even Arum made statement that the fight would not be made because Floyd would never accept an even split and this was during the same time testing was being mentioned by floyd and being mocked by Team Manny. Why did Team Manny waited to the end when everything Manny's team had wanted was met? Why the sudden fear of needles at the end of negotiations and not at the begining were testing was the first thing on the table. Why bother with moving forward if your not going to agree with the first demand. Team Manny was just playing like they wanted to fight and wasted everyones time when they had Clottley already lined up at the back.

mayweather has agreed to 3 weeks cut off date. meaning the cut off date is NEGOTIABLE.
they havent agreed to the cut off date so they walk away. i think both had valid reason to walk out.

When Manny turned down 14 day cut off Floyd said he would no longer offer a cut off to anyone and that if he would draw more then one mil buys with Mosley that he would also not offer Pac a even split again. Much much later after Floyd draws 1 mil buys and makes Mosley take full testing, Manny comes back asking for the 14 days bwhahahah.
