Why were this concerns not brought up at the begining when negotiations started with OST!? Why did team pac wait till the end when everything else was agreed upon. Why did Team Pac make new demands at the last minute(10mil penalty) if they were not going to agree with the demand at hand that they had no issue before when negotiations started. WHY DID THEY NOT HAVE ISSUES WITH TESTING AT THE BEGINING OF NEGOTIATIONS WHEN OST WAS THE FIRST DEMAND ON THE TABLE!!?

now i know why you are having a hard time making sense of it. you don't reason with time sequence. eg.
manny is challenging floyd 2014>>> manny has refused blood test 2009 >>> floyd dont want the fight because manny only wanted it to pay irs (2014)
conclusion: floyd dont want the fight because manny dont want to be blood tested.

if the contract is FINISHED as you had stated. they shouldn't have been negotiating the cut off date.
again the 10 million penalty- even if its 20 million it would'nt matter because floyd has just stated jan 2014 that he is a natural lightweight.

they had both walk out of the negotiation in 2009 with personally valid reasons. manny want it now with no cut off dates? floyd wouldn't fight him?

It was at the end because everything else was agree upon. OST was the first thing on the table. Floyd went into nogations with OST. It was the first thing on the contract. Team Pac didn't mentioned anything and even said it was a non issue that they would agree to anytest anytime anywhere. Infact the only issue that was of concern was the split. Floyd surprised everyone to agree on a 50/50 split. Even Arum made statement that the fight would not be made because Floyd would never accept an even split and this was during the same time testing was being mentioned by floyd and being mocked by Team Manny. Why did Team Manny waited to the end when everything Manny's team had wanted was met? Why the sudden fear of needles at the end of negotiations and not at the begining were testing was the first thing on the table. Why bother with moving forward if your not going to agree with the first demand. Team Manny was just playing like they wanted to fight and wasted everyones time when they had Clottley already lined up at the back.

Hopefully you can admit that Manny's initial request was no testing 30 days before the fight. Who asks for that? Why would someone ask for that?
