Hey budd, they were negotiating something that was not part of the commission rules. Manny didn't need to agree to anything especially after the accusations. Hopkins screamed and kicked his way out of a meeting when Jean Pascal said that he wanted Hopkins to test before the fight.

He changes them after Manny turns them down. When Manny turned down 14 day cut off Floyd said he would no longer offer a cut off to anyone and that if he would draw more then one mil buys with Mosley that he would also not offer Pac a even split again. Much much later after Floyd draws 1 mil buys and makes Mosley take full testing, Manny comes back asking for the 14 days bwhahahah.

what can you say about floyd latest alibis that he wont be fighting manny because manny sole reason of wanting to fight him now is because of mannys irs problem?

it was the first thing on the proposed contract that will be negotiated piece by piece.
you go through the list one by one and you skip what you cant agreed upon.
mayweather has agreed to 3 weeks cut off date. meaning the cut off date is NEGOTIABLE.
they havent agreed to the cut off date so they walk away. i think both had valid reason to walk out.

Floyd had stated that he would only fight Pac if they would both go through full OST. Manny's team never had issues with it. They knew about it. It was reported. It was even reported that Team Manny had no issues with it. Team Manny even mocked OST saying "Anytime Anywhere". Roach even said that they had agreed to Floyd's OST and that Floyd ran away and this was before the 1 negotiations bwhahah...Floyd went in with OST as the first thing on the table and now your saying it something they thought it should be discuss later knowing that Floyd wouldn't fight with out it!! How can Team Manny know Floyd would be open to cut offs if they had mocked Floyd about full testing and knowing Floyd wanting full testing or no fight. Simple explanation is that Team Pac tried to bluff Floyd and wanted to save face. Can you imagine if Team Pac had said no from the begining on testing how that would have looked on them. Because, it would not be a charity event if only one of them was contributing....that makes Floyd look bad.

And why does it have to be a charity event? Professional boxers don't fight charity events. They fight for a living - just like other people work for a living. Why would Floyd look bad if he chooses not to fight a charity event? Which other top fighters have fought charity events? Do you look bad because you get paid for the work you do? Yes, it would be nice if Manny donates his purse to charity but to demand/suggest/ask that the fight be a charity event for his opponent too is absurd. Floyd already donates some of the money he makes to charity, he just doesn't make as big a fuss about it as Manny.
