Kirkland throws hard short punches on the inside, tight punches. Stevens winds up. Big difference.

GGG hit Rosado with everything but the kitchen sink for 7+ rounds. Angulo bounced him out. Say what you want about Angulo, but he has concussive power.

Apparently. He can keep beating fringe fighters and JMWs and we can keep hearing about everyone ducking him. As long as he keeps on getting those spectacular ko's who cares who he fights? Still better than anything mayweather does!

Golovkin should just retire because he beats everyone then. No need to fight any remotely top competition because he beats them anyway.
Well in that case you're in luck, cause the odds will be much much wider. You stand to make a killing

I never said he shouldn't fight Geale, by all means he should as he's tried repeatedly, including last month. But I don't know he's worth overriding HBO's wishes, for once. I wouldn't expect a competitive fight at all, and he doesn't even have a puncher's chance

          Tell that to Gary Shaw:

"I spoke with HBO, and they say they are looking at other options. I know GGG wants to fight Geale. They offered us a fight for Monte Carlo, but Geale wants to be on HBO."

Love Kirkland, but he doesn't get out of the first.

He always starts cold no matter what he tries. He needs to take a few shots to get into it, and unfortunately for him Golovkin has too much power for that.

Or he has let HBO choose kirkland for him, either way, its weak and this whole "its not golovkins fault" crap is getting old. Either u step up or u don't. Simple as that. He has done nothing in over a year essentially to strengthen his resume.
He has 100 percent chosen Kirkland? Last I checked HBO were exploring other options.

Geale was offered a fight and he turned it down and now Golovkin is cherry picking, even though he was the one who offered a Monaco fight and now HBO is exploring Kirkland.

I'm confused because people are acting like Golovkin is cherry picking and you see him and his team offering and the other people turning them down. Then when HBO steps in, they are Golovkin

Kirkland would be a horrendous fight for Golovkin to take. It wouldn't be fun, it wouldn't be entertaining, and it wouldn't be a war. It would be a quick, brutal, depressing knockout.

I don't think anybody would like this fight anyway.

Kirkland is a cherry pick by both golovkin and HBO. Stop excusing it. Franky u have no point. IDC what Geale did in the past. If that's the reasoning, its crap. If its because Kirkland makes him more money...cherry pick. If its because its what HBO wants...cherry pick. No other fighter gets the slack this guy gets. Its crazy.
