Will be the best 2 round fight of 2014 those 2 rounds will be better than Floyds 45 fights combined

HBO prefers Kirkland. Sure but if golovkin wanted Geale, HBO would not stop him. I'm sure they are offering morw money for Kirkland. But so what? Its a cherry pick.

People have every right to question this fight. Their level of opposition could very well be similar, but the hype surrounding them is not. More is expected of GGG, you have some people arguing that he is in the top 10 p4p so fighting a scrub like Kirkland is not acceptable.

Kirkland is more of a risk than Khan even though neither has a chance to win

If GGG can't get a big fight at 160 he should move up after this, and if another fight presents itself he could always go back down in weight.

He can't have that much say at HBO if his last 3 HBO purses add up to Berto's single purse vs Freddy Hernandez. That's why they love him, cause he fights whoever they want for peanuts. OTOH all his opponents they have to way overpay, so they get to be choosy.

HBO haven't officially decided afaik? Probably not much point negotiating with Geale whenever he still has to fight Garth Wood.

His last fight was one of the highest rated fights of the year. He has plenty of leverage now.

Oh please. Stop with the cop outs. Golovkin is one of their biggest stars, he gives them their best ratings rite now. He can say he wants geale. Ken hershman himself has said geale is an acceptable opponent. So if hershman is willing to name drop geale for April, tell me why Golovkin isn't fighting him?
