to justify your ridiculous and inane assessment of him. "Overhyped, protected, fraud, etc. etc." I know if Joe was american, he wouldn't receive 90% of the criticism he does.

Joe got like 3-4 good wins in his entire career. Oh and he was champion for like 11-12 years.

In that time span, to get only like 3-4 good wins is god f**king awful.

If you look at The Ring top ten at 168 during those years, Calzaghe fought MOST of them:

      Mitchell
      Brewer
      Reid
      Woodhall
      Kessler
      Lacy
      Bika
      Manfredo Jr

It wasn't Joe's fault that Ottke avoided him.

And after that, Hopkins was another very good win, considering who B-Hop has beaten since then.

Let's be real, calzaghe is the perfected frank warren protected euro-bum. If frank warren were to name a fighter's ideal career, it would be joes. Nuff said.

Calzaghe's had an extremely underwhelming career but he's obviously a whole other level to Lucian Bute.

What are you talking about, why do us Americans appreciate guys like Froch? Why do us Americans hate Broner?

Has nothing to do with the nation, Joe was a protected overrated fighter. Who took 3 chances out of 46 total fights, Lacy, Kessler and Hopkins. I really think he took the fight with Hopkins because of how bad Hopkins was looking in his fights those days.

Yeah you're right, I mean the criticism Joe gets couldn't possibly be due to his resume. No freaking way.
