Takam fought a great fight tonight. I don't know what happened to Perez.

This fight was a robery. I like Perez but he clearly lost this fight.

I think robbery is too strong of a word. I do think Takam should have gotten the nod but he gave away too many early rounds. He waited till the 6th round to turn it up. Not a good decision.

one thing I noticed was once takam knew perez couldn't hurt him he put the pedal to the floor. I want to see him again. that is one of the widest HW's I have seen in a long time. he is one big man. still hard to believe he lost to greg tony...

I like Mike Perez but he's extremely lucky to get away with a draw.

rounds 6-10 were ALL Takam. I am surprised that the judges gave him 1-5, cause although I thought he did well in those rounds, they weren't clear cut rounds.

I thought Takam wont rounds 5-10 and should have won 6-4.

Takam won that fight. I'll have to watch Perez again, but his enthusiasm and fighting spirit didn't seem to be there tonight. Maybe the Mago incident really did affect him.

It is possible Perez had a mental block following the tragedy in his last bout. I seen a similar thing with Gabe Ruelas. He fought a war with Jimmy Garcia which ended in the death of Garcia. Ruelas won but was never the same after that.

I am giving Perez the benefit of the doubt here because it possible also that I over ranked Perez.
