I do remember you calling this last November when Perro came back. Sucks for Lara, but I'm no sure where he goes from here. All his viable opponents, that fight for the same promoter, were given other fights.
I was looking for the article from way back then when they first signed him and I can't find it. I can't remember if I made the comment here or somewhere else. But A LOT of us called it. And of course I made that recent thread calling it again. The Molina and Lara names were just a smoke screen. We all knew who the opponent would be.

Don't Lara and Molina have the same manager? That could be a reason their not fighting I don't know I think someone mentioned that a while back from one of their teams I could be wrong though

Having Molina on the undercard defeats the purpose of this ppv.

Charlo was on his grind last year, but his most notable name is Antwone Smith...how does that get him a title shot when he's #14 in the IBF?

Yea, DeCubas. He said he wanted to give the rematch some time to build up but what more do they wanna wait?

Having Molina on the undercard defeats the purpose of this ppv.
Molina is managed by DeCubas Sr. Lara is managed by DeCubas Jr.

*A rematch with Lara, however, might be more feasible, considering Lara is managed by DeCubas’ son, Luis DeCubas Jr.

In his last fight in June, Lara rose from two knockdowns to score a 10th-round stoppage of Angulo, who was knocked out by Kirkland in the sixth round in November of 2011.

“My son manages Lara. They fought to a draw the last time. It just depends on what the purses would be,” said Luis DeCubas Sr. “As long as both fighters want it, me and my son can’t say not to it. It’s got to be the right amount of money for both guys. The fighters would have to be satisfied, you know?” -* September 16, 2013

What a way to get people to buy a ppv that they didn't wanna pay for to begin with. Smh Carlos Molina seriously should never be allowed to fight on tv. He can fight and make his money but tv is for entertainment and he's not a suitibale form of entertainment.
