I think the stuff that comes out of mayweather's mouth puts him at
a higher standard. Can't say stuff like you're the best ever, then go
fight a Guerrero, or you're being suited up for Amir Khan next. That's asking
    for trouble. Lol

      Pacquaio-Bradley's a credible fight but Mayweather-Bradley isn't? Why?

Why doesn't Pacquaio have to go to 160 and fight Golovkin to get a credible fight? Mayweather's not much bigger than Pacquaio they're about the same size, Mayweather being the sligther bigger of the two.

Golovkin against any of the top MW's would be credible. Golovkin-Macklin was considered credible but Mayweather-Thurman isn't?

Seems clear to me that Mayweather's being held to a higher standard because he's apparently he's too good for his weight class.

I mean, which other fighter who comes to the ring 3 lbs above his weight class has not a single fighter in his weight class that's considered a credible fight?
If u go back a page below u will see the list I listed
      Pacqiao
      Khan
      Lara
      Bradley on it

Now putting a boxer in higher standard mean u want them to accomplish more impossible stuff
Now if u ask them to fight light heavies now that too much and ******

I do find your list to be insulting to ur idol Floyd
To think that maidana is a risky fight for Floyd tell me that u don't trust Floyd's skills that much

      I'm sorry

By the way ur ggg vs mcklin
Macklin fought Martinez and bunch of top opponents
      Macklin is tested

      Turman? Come on his green

he doesnt have to. but your not going to see a competitive fight at welterweight involving floyd mayweather unless its against pacman.

name any welterweight you like, the expected results would be mayweather by wide UD. he is clearly far too skilled for these guys, so the point is, why not move up, fight a bigger guy to equalize mayweathers skill advantage a bit and we might see mayweather in a competitive fight. as floyd himself likes to preach, skills pay the bills, weight isnt ish etc etc.

martinez is there for the taking, and in my opinion mayweather would get the w should them two fight. as i said, he doesnt have to, but great champions look for great challenges. if you claim you are the greatest of all time, prove it. you cant say khan is a great challenge. all that fight would be about is money.

And even if there wasn't he shouldn't be expected to fight career MWs when he comes to the ring at 150 lbs.

Like I said I've never seen such high standards expected for a fighter.
Then he should vacate the belt at JMW, either he's big enough to fight at the weight or he isn't. He can't say "this guy" but not "this guy", boxing works on weight limits. If he's JMW champ he should be willing to fight anyone who makes weight, otherwise get off the pot and give the belt back.

Also, if he is fighting at 147 he should fight the guys the boxing public want him to fight, not the guys he feels like fighting.

          These aren't unreasonable requests.

Pacman is not a competitive opponent for Mayweather at 147 and to be honest no one is Pac is done as soon as he gets a Mayweather fight...

                Fights that Fraud will dodge in the order I want to see them;

GGG @154 - favourite over floyd and I would bet on this.
                Pac - obv
Thurman - one time all the time
Martinez @154 only if he looks great vs cotto
Cotto 2 - if he beats martinez
Bradley - he was beaten 118-110 by pac not high on tim.
Porter - young hungry and can rough him up
Maidana - will fight till the death no canelo freeze up ***** ****.
Butterbean - in a 3 rounder with small ring.
                Roided up Rigondeux

If "Martinez is there for the taking" then why do you want to see it?

You say you only want to see competitive fights then you're telling him to fight a guy who by your own accord is there for the taking.

He will vacate it most likely. I doubt he ever fights there again unless another big money opportunity arises which looks unlikely.

At 147, which is his weight, all he has to do is fight the top fighters there or the best options available which he's been doing for a while now anyway.

                      Why?

He's not going to fight at a weight that he can't even make unless it's worth it money wise.
