It's very hard not to count him out as far as elite level goes. I would say he only has two legit good wins in Bika and Grachev in his 33 fight career and he is 33 years old going on 34 next month. The two guys who beat him aren't push overs either, he lost to two very good fighters. But it appears that he is officially a B+ fighter. I think he can beat other B fighters and destroy C fighters, but as far as A fighters go, he doesn't bring much.
