Reason I mentioned the 45 fight run was to prove that Manny's run isn't much. Floyd has doubled that vs same quality opponent. Floyd never said Manny wasn't a worthy opponent, but as we know boxing is more than a sport, is a business. The top 5 ppv money generated boxing events, Floyd has been part of 4, including the top two spots. If I bring more to the table than you do, why should I split the pot with you 50/50? Kinda makes no sense right? If you know you're not worth 50% of the pot but you won't budge on the asking price, whose ducking who?

What you forget to acknowledge he's opponents are not the only one getting older, he is too. When he fought cotto, he was 35 cotto 32. Cotto was technically more in his prime than Floyd was. I hate all this "in his prime" talk like Floyd is 27yrs old And he's fighting dudes In Their 40s. Also understand Floyd is very small AnD would only fight at 154 if it comes with a HUGE pay day. I think is safe to say the 3 times he fought at 154 were possibly his 3 biggest pay day. Can Sergio garentee same money cotto, Oscar AnD canelo got him? he won't so why fight him. Out of all the people you mentioned only Shane I would slightly agree with you, but again, he fought him and whopped him too. let me guess, Shane was passed his prime..well the age difference would say they were pretty evenly matched. Cotto wasnt in his prime anymore after taking beatings from margs and pac,he wasnt the same fighter when he fought floyd and gave him a hell of a fight....shane been in wars man,and has dealt with alott of inactivity that affected him tremendously in that fight..shane back in 2003-06 beats floyd unanimously in my eyes...and i told you records dnt mean **** when you dnt fight the best...calzaghe retired undefeated is he the best???

And let me ask you this,if floyd would have fought an undefeated undamaged cotto,you think may would still be undefeated....???what about if he had fouvht mosely anywhere from 03-06,would he have possibly got knocked out in that fight,just for argument sake?
