HBO stepped in an attempt to meet with Kohl and after weeks of playing tag they decided he really wasn't interested in fighting Jones.
I dont know the timeline of the Daily news articles, but I know Kohl was pissed of at Jones not being willing to commit. Maybe he got tired of playing games.
