He already beat him once and dominated him in alot of people's eyes.

All he and his fans are going to do is be dumb, not fight Broner, still not get the Floyd fight, and end up having to fight a beast like Thurman which is probably a harder fight for half the money. No one cares about Mares getting an immediate rematch but everyone has a problem with the Broner rematch even though they all think Maidana dominated him? Whats the problem then. Sounds like easy money to me and the best option by far
You're becoming the new Dunn when it comes to Broner. Maidana was his mandatory. Plus they thought the fight would be easy work like the DeMarco fight.

        how does that benefit Maidana?

Was Mares' wife expecting? You obviously missed the whole point.

Maidana wasn't his mandatory. Thurman was the interim WBA champ and #1 contender.

mandatory doesnt mean nothing. Alot of guys dont fight there mandatory. What if your boy Lucas was his mandatory? You wouldve sworn up & down that Broner wouldnt fight him. There is a reason why Maidana got with Haymon.

spear me that wife expecting stuff. You think he would turn down a Floyd or Pac fight on that same date?

What do you mean? He already beat him. The rematch can wait. If you're talking about monetary benefit, forget it. He's out saying he'll fight Mayweather for free.

That's perfectly understandable, if he doesn't want to fight in April, you can't force him.

True. How dare he bring up facts and context when the subject of the thread is Adrien Broner. I mean what kind of crap is that?
