Hmm, I would like to see how this progresses. I'm guessing this is Schaeffer trying to make some sneaky move. I seriously doubt Maidana has anything to on this yet.

I know damn well Schaeffer is doing this so Maidana is no in the picture for Floyd, Therfore Khan get's the fight. Absolutely no doubt in my mind.

Mayweater calling him a young hungry lion, Roger getting in saying how Khan is a better choice and Schaeffer piping in about him.

Don't know WTF they waiting for...just announce it

My reaction right now is the exact same as Micheal Scott's when Toby returned to The Office.

"I give props when it's due, and @ChinoMaidana out-hustled me that night. But this rematch will be different," wrote Broner, who did not have a rematch clause, on Thursday. "Y'all bout to see me back in the ring in some weeks….. And I ain't fighting nobody until I fight @ChinoMaidana again…I'm a warrior."

Mayweather has advised against Broner fighting Maidana immediately.

"I don't think he should be focused on chasing the Maidana fight. I think what would be a good move for him is this. May 3, fight on my undercard," said Mayweather, 36, who is reportedly considering bout with either Maidana or England's Amir Khan. "You know, fight a solid guy at 140, get back on track and get your career in order.

If Maidana KOs Broner, Broner's meme thread will overload the internet and all computers around the world will explode simultaneously.

Broner disobeys Floyd, his idol, 3x with this move...
But I like it, the first one was very entertaining, why not do it again.
It's actually PPV worthy in my opinion.

It makes no sense though, to turn down a Mayweather fight, in favor of a Broner rematch. He would be getting his biggest payday against Mayweather. I don't think he really turned down a Mayweather fight.

Only thing I read about the situation was Maidana hadn't been offered a Mayweather fight. But this was a while ago.

Two losses in a row would be horrible for Broner's career. I know no one is advising him to do this, and I think he deserves props for taking the risk.

Maidana should dictate some stipulations for a rematch.

#1 its gotta go down in argentina

#2 65-35 purse split in favor of chino

#3 smoger or bayless for ref
