I like GGG but its funny how they keep matching him up with JMWs but they talk like he is destroying heavyweights in sparring. I would like to see him fight any other top MW or any legit SMW since Sergio is already agreeing to a fight with Cotto.

What is this JMW thing? That still going on? Ishida had had 3 out of his previous 4 at MW (and is now moving to HW!) Macklin - true MW, Proksa - true MW who'd even fought at SMW, Adama - MW (has fought at SMW), Stevens a SMW.

The only genuine JMW he fought was Rosado, and he's a real big JMW who rehydrates upto MW size anyway (and will I suspect ultimately have to fight at 160).

People keep forgetting how Martinez can box and move his legs and how GGG is good can punch but can't move his legs quick enough to catch Sergio and he will get pot shotted all day just like Pavlik after he gets frustrated.

If GGG can still make 154, he should be calling for a Floyd fight before moving up to 160-168. I don't know if Floyd would take the fight, but GGG is with HBO, not Arum, so maybe he would. Now I wonder, would HBO allow him to fight on Showtime?

I for one wasn't too impressed by GGG in his last fight. He fought a guy way smaller then himself. He took too long to get him out of there and he got touched too much for my taste. Matter of fact he didn't even KO him, corner stopped it.

Of course they want to call out old ass Sergio, by the time they fight (if they ever do fight) he'll be 40. Of course Sergio would have no chance

In any case Stevens made it 8 rounds. For them to think Sergio wouldn't make it 7, i dunno know bout that even if he is 40

As of recent, GG is not fighting true mw's. He's not even fighting skilled guys either. It's about time that he ups the ante. He's what turning 32 soon if not already???

Gennady Is THEE Best at '54, '60, '68!

Sergio is in NO rush if ever to fight GGG. Canelo, Cotto & Chavez Jr have no chance with Gennady, and Andre Ward is too cool to get schooled by Gennady. He's too protected, won't fight the best at '68, and he too will not be quick to fight Gennady. And Floyd??? Please!!!! If he won't fight Pacquiao, there is no way in hell he'd EVER step in the ring with Gennady. I just l love that GGG will man up to fight anyone and in their prime!!

Exactly. These people are stumbling and bumbling when it comes to their hate for GGG.

Last I saw, that JMW Rosado was giving the Great Hope in Quillin all he could handle.
