GB gave him the biggest opponent of his career and the most money and now hes saying he doesn't want to play ball anymore because they only offered him Thurman which was a legit opponent? If he does go to TR to Manny I hope Manny beat the living hell out of him. Dude is a straight up liar and using god to hide behind being a fraud. Really reminds me of the bs Mosley was pulling after he fought Floyd. Cutting corners and **** just to get money fights.
do you remember when floyd did this exact same thing when arum wanted him to fight margorito

I'd bet my bottom dollar you'll see Guerrero fighting on a GB undercard before you'll ever see him fighting on a TR card.
I wouldn't put much weight on that. As his.lawyer it's his job to work in Robert's interest. At the time that meant the floyd fight. He may have had robert dign the extension or contract terms knowing full eell they violated the ali act and he could use this to get robert out of the contract if need be. A good lawyer thinks 5 moves ahead....

Floyd never lost man. That is a key component in this, it's not the same thing.

Except its not the exact same thing. The difference here is that Mayweather if I remember correctly wanted to fight Oscar but Arum didn't want to let it happen. Robert Guerrero actually fought the biggest name in boxing AND he got a huge paycheck. So he got what he was asking for and now all of a sudden hes playing the victim. Its all bs.

I doubt his lawyer was thinking this way. Also at that time, Guerrero couldn't afford the best hot shot lawyer. Like Andre Ward, they just are trying to find a loophole to get out the contract after the fact. Even though at the time of signing and extending, it was all good.

To cut the long story short, he has the Pac fight in front of him and he has to leave his promoter to secure the fight... Sounds like the Pac Mayweather situation.
