Putting your wonderful analogy aside, Floyd's technical style would be at an advantage w/o steroids against Pacquiao's athletically-dependent aggressive style w/o steroids. I already told you I think Floyd would win but he knows it's not gift-wrapped for him like Khan which is why he is avoiding Manny.

Does anyone know for absolutely sure he offered Pacquiao $40 million? I mean he says he did, but saying "Hey Pac, face me now for $40 million" on Twitter is not putting it into a 30 page, preliminary contract, presenting it to Arum-Koncz, and giving them two weeks to review it and make any counter-demands/requests.

I'm not saying he's a liar, but Floyd has a tendency to spout off to interviewers and on social media and then pretend that is official business. The kid still plays in the sandbox.

And you really can't trust anything Ellerbe says, lest we forget that whole "We aren't in talks with HBO" debacle.

Floyd's popularity is hinged on the promise of a Pac fight. Ever since his return, everything was premised as a tune up fight to a mega clash between two pound for pound stars. Since this fight is not happening anymore, Floyd has become insignificant. So beware of Floyd fans disguised as boxing fans who will continue to talk about a future Pac fight in attempt to bolster Floyd's PPVs. You are being duped. There will be no fight. Floyd never intended one from the beginning. It's best to ignore Floyd and all articles, and comments from Floyd fans and his team. They are merely intended to cause a hype in favor of Floyd. A big dip in Floyd PPV sales would be the immediate desired result.
